The Stewardship and Finance Committee offered a finance update after worship on
the 24th. Here is a brief summary:
- The "balance" amount on the bar graph represents three main
accounts: Operating, Restricted, and Major Repairs from January 1st through June 30th
- The church finances have remained stable since 2019 despite COVID, two major
and several minor repairs for which we used money from Operating Account rather
than the Major Repairs account
- Restricted account currently includes $15000 grant for Fellowship Hall
Kitchen upgrades
- Year-to-date income and expenses are slightly below budget
- Upcoming major expense: Steeple Repair- approximately 30K
The Stewardship and Finance Committee meets the third Tuesday of the month at
6:30 in the Gathering Place.
